CandleMasters, LLC offers the highest standard products can offer. All products are carefully made & chosen for quality & workmanship. If there is a problem we must notified within three (3) business days via email from date the product received.

We will provide a return authorization number and product must return within seven (7) days of shipment receipt. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee – no exception. Return products must be unused. Shipping & handling can not be refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping of returning the item. When shipping the return item it must be registered mail with return receipt (for your own protection.)

Once we, CandleMasters, LLC are satisfied for the reason/s that any item willing to return is acceptable. We will provide return authorization, customer must send it back (the merchandise) to us. We need to receive the item with in seven (7) business days before the refund can be send via email address you (the customer) provide. (PayPal can only send and receive money through a valid email. Make sure email address provided is valid.)

NOTE: We do not accept returns on bulk orders (6 items of the same product/merchandise); all wholesale items and all items offered with discounted prices).
