Apply to affected area. For best result apply after taking a shower or at bedtime by massaging the area for few minutes. Some people will see the result as little as one day and up to three days of use. This is diluted Cedarwood essential oil and can also used. in oil burner for calming and relaxing. Note essential oils can not be use as pure it may contain natural high acidic compound, it should be diluted in natural vegetable oils.
